The Escrow payment option allows for smoother transactions. Project Managers can set aside a specific amount of money into an Escrow account on e-Global Solutions, for a specific Programmer. Both parties can then view the payment in the Escrow account, but only the Project Manager can complete the payment, from the Escrow account to the Programmer. The Programmer is the only person (other than e-Global Solutions' staff) who can cancel this Escrow payment. This gives each party half of the control over the money in the Escrow account.

When the Project gets completed, the Project Manager can then transfer the money from the Escrow account to the Programmer. If the Project for some reason is cancelled, the Programmer can cancel the Escrow payment and the money will return to the Project Manager's account. If there are any disputes over a Project, e-Global Solutions' staff must be contacted before any money can be moved from the Escrow account.
