 How does this work for Programmers?
         e-FreelanceMarket.com runs much like an auction. Qualified individuals with backgrounds in various fields of knowledge compete to provide service for businesses around the world. You do this by placing bids on posted Projects, your bid being the amount you will charge for your services. The Project Manager then chooses the bid most appropriate for their business. After a bid has been chosen that Project is closed and contact information is sent to both parties. After the Project has been completed and you have been paid, you can submit a review of the Project Manager and vice versa. This allows everyone to build reputations within the e-FreelanceMarket.com community. This also helps in determining the right Programmer for you.

 How does the reputation system work?
         After you have completed a project for a Project Manager and have been paid, both parties have the opportunity to give the other a review based on factors such as communication, timing, quality of work, speed of payment, etc. These reviews will be visible to all. There is a two step process to a review. 1) A written review 2) A rating of 1 to 10 (10 being the best).
An example would be (8 out of 10). The average rating of stars will be visible beside the member's name. This reputation system helps you in determining the best people to work with.

 How much does this cost for Programmers?
         Payment works like this. You sign up for FREE (NO monthly fees!). After your bid is chosen, the bidding session is then closed and archived and a fee of 5% (or $5, whichever is greater) of your bid amount is deducted from your e-FreelanceMarket.com account. Also you have 30 days to pay that fee! Depositing money into your account is easy, choose from PayPal, E-Gold, Check, Money Order, or Bank Wire. Project Managers deposit money the same, and then can easily transfer the money to you for payment. Withdrawing money from your account is easy too, with different methods to choose from. You can also benefit from using our Escrow payment system. Your account information is protected by 128-bit SSL encryption security.

 How does the affiliate program work?
         e-FreelanceMarket.com will pay you 50% of the fees we charge users that you have referred. That means if you refer Programmers, you will earn $2.50 every single time the Programmer is chosen for a project. If you refer Project Managers, you will earn $2.50 every time they pick a freelancer for their project, or $12.50 if they decide to post a Featured project!
